7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unworn, unused, with the original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at Info@durage.london with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once we receive your return request, we will review it and send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, so it is important to follow the proper return procedure.

Return Conditions:

To ensure your return is accepted, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The return must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Damages and Issues:

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is by returning the original purchase and placing a new order. Once your return is accepted, we recommend making a separate purchase for the replacement item. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping Costs:

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us at Info@durage.london to arrange a return label at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are excluded from our return policy. These include items that are marked as final sale or clearance, as well as any personalized or custom-made products.
